Alison Lutz, General Manager
I began training dogs when I was 15 years old. Currently, I own four dogs and have fostered two others. I am a graduate of Ball State University with a bachelor’s degree in both Criminal Justice and Psychology. Starting as an intern, I worked in the Madison County Courthouse as a Victim Advocate for about 6 years and as a Case Manager for inmates for about 1 year. I decided to make a career change and follow my passion for dogs. I began working at Happy Dogs in July 2015 and was promoted to General Manager in January 2016.
My love and understanding of dogs comes as second nature and has only multiplied since working at Happy Dogs. Every day I learn something new from the dogs. For me, as well as many others, my dogs are my world! Therefore, I also strive to give the best experience for our human clients. I love and care for each dog at Happy Dogs as if they were my own!
