General
What are your hours?
We are open Monday through Friday from 7am to 7pm, Saturday from 8am to 6pm, and Sunday from 12pm to 1pm and 4pm to 6pm for boarding drop-offs and pick-ups.
Monday through Saturday we have two daycare sessions: from 9am to noon, and from 1pm to 4pm. Stay for one session and pay for half-day daycare; stay for both and it is a full daycare session.
Holiday hours may vary, so please call us with specific questions.
What is a temperament evaluation?
A detailed assessment of your dog will be completed along with a meet and greet with our trained staff member. We will ask any pertinent questions from your application in regards to your pet. Your dog will then be introduced in a calm environment with a few well-balanced dogs. As your dog becomes more comfortable, we will introduce them to more dogs and gradually integrate them into the main play action. Plan to leave your dog for a minimum of 2 hours for the evaluation.
We require a temperament evaluation for all new dogs or dogs returning after a 6 month gap between stays. We also reserve to the right to require additional temperament evaluations if behavioral issues are observed.
What happens if my dog doesn’t pass the temperament evaluation?
Not every dog has fun at daycare and not every dog welcomes that kind of group play. If we think your dog is close to passing, but not quite ready, we may recommend that you consider additional training or socialization and then return for re-evaluation in the near future.
What vaccinations are required?
All dogs must be current on Distemper, Rabies, Bordetella vaccinations (administered by a Veterinarian). You will need to provide proof of vaccination before your dog will be able to attend daycare or boarding. In addition, all dogs must be on a flea and heartworm preventative. Please bring all vaccinations records to your Temperament Evaluation or upload to your Gingr account.
How old does my dog have to be?
We require that dogs be at least four months old. This is for the safety of your puppy and for the safety of other dogs. Final vaccinations, including the first rabies vaccination, typically aren’t given until four months of age. Your dog must have received all puppy vaccinations.
What are the drop-off and pick-up times?
You may drop-off or pick-up your dog any time we are open during store hours. For daycare, we recommend you drop off your dog prior to the start of the am or pm daycare session to get the most out of their daycare experience.
What kind of experience do the employees have who take care of the dogs?
Most of our staff members already have hands-on experience working with dogs. They have been trained in Pet CPR and First Aid. We also have an in-house certification program for Dog Behavior and Daycare Management that our employees are mandated to complete. And of course, our employees must love dogs! 🙂
How often do you clean the facilities?
We have a strict cleaning protocol that calls for daily cleaning and disinfecting of all play and overnight spaces. During play activity, all dog waste is immediately cleaned up and the point of elimination is cleaned with enzymes. Food bowls, water bowls, and toys are sanitized daily. If your boarded dog messes his or her space, we promptly clean it and launder any soiled bedding or belongings.
Do dogs ever get hurt?
Although we do our best to minimize any injury to your dog, during normal play a dog may get small scratches, nicks, and lose small patches of fur. Although rare, it is possible for more serious injuries to occur.
What do you do in case of illness or injury?
We quickly assess the situation and consult our 24/7 virtual veterinary provider to determine the appropriate plan of action. Our concern is always what is best for the dog. Depending on the situation, we may either rush the dog to the closest vet or, in non-emergency situations, we will make the effort to take them to their normal vet. We always try to keep owners informed of the situation as it evolves. Please note, in the event an employee is required to remain at the vet’s office for an extended period of time, additional fees may apply.
Can I take a tour?
Absolutely! We offer tours daily Monday through Friday from 12 pm to 1 pm.
What payments do you accept?

Is there a discount for multiple dogs?

Does my dog have to be spayed or neutered?
Yes, all dogs staying with us for daycare and boarding must be spayed or neutered by the time they are 6 months old.
Can you provide my dog with their medications?

Daycare
What is dog daycare?
Dog daycare is an environment where dogs are dropped off for the day to socialize and play with other dogs in a fun, well supervised and safe environment.
What is the difference between full and half-day daycare?
Half-day daycare is one of the two daycare sessions offered per day, Monday through Saturday. Your dog can stay for the morning or the afternoon session. We recommend you drop your dog off prior to the start of the daycare session (9am for the morning session and 1pm for the afternoon session) so that your dog can enjoy the full experience of daycare.
You may drop off your dog for the am session as early as 7am and pick up by 1pm. You may drop off your dog for the pm session as early as 12pm and pick up by 7pm (pick up by 6pm on Saturday).
Full-day daycare includes up to 6 hours of group play from 9am to 4pm. You can drop off your dog anytime after 7am and can pick up by 7pm (drop off / pick up between 8am and 6pm on Saturday).
What happens if I do not pick my dog up by the end of the day?
Your dog will be booked for a boarding night if available and additional charges will apply.
Will my older dog like dog daycare?
This will depend on your dog. We have several older dogs that love the interaction with other dogs. Part of the way we separate dogs into our various play areas is dependent upon activity level, meaning that a larger, older dog may be placed with other older, mellow dogs of his similar size. The temperament evaluation will also help us, and you, determine if our environment is right for your dog. Our daycare attendants are constantly evaluating each dog’s behavior, and if they view your dog as overwhelmed or tired, they will place your dog back in their room or in a calmer atmosphere.
Do I need to make reservations?
We require reservations for all services.
Do you have daycare and boarding packages?
We offer a 10 visit package for both daycare and boarding. Additional fees may apply if your dog requires a large space.
Boarding
When we pay for boarding, does this include play time?
Yes, our 24-hour boarding fee includes daycare for your dog. After 24 hours, if your dog is still here during our daycare hours, there is an additional charge for half or full daycare charges.
What happens if I go over 24-hours for boarding?
We understand that delays happen, and we will continue to take care of your dog until you are able to pick them up. If your dog’s boarding goes past 24-hours, he/she will enter daycare and incur either half-day or full daycare charges.
What happens if I do not pick my dog up on time?
If you do not pick your dog up by the close of business, your dog will be booked for another night of boarding and additional charges will apply based on when you pick up your dog.
What should I bring for my dog’s boarding stay?
You are welcome to bring your dog’s bed or blanket, but not necessary as we can provide bedding to make his/her stay here more comfortable.
We strongly recommend bringing your dog’s food from home, with each meal pre-portioned in an individual bag, inclusive of any vitamins or supplements. Unfortunately, we cannot store food or large containers due to space limitations. We are happy to provide food for your pup (for an additional fee), but changing foods rapidly can sometimes cause digestive issues.
Do I need to make a reservation?
Yes. For overnight boarding, we absolutely need a reservation. Depending on the time of year, we can often accommodate short notice or same day notice (if your dog has previously completed the temperament evaluation). Please be aware that Holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas book several months in advance and other holidays book several weeks in advance. During the summer months, we often fill up early for weekends. If you are an established customer, you can schedule your reservations online.
Do you offer any packages?
We offer a 10 visit package for both daycare and boarding. Additional fees may apply if your dog requires a large space.
